Meaning Of The Lord's Prayer
Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven. The Lord's Will, Our Creators Will be done. On earth as it is in heaven (His Place, Your intended eternal place)
It is his intention for all of us here on earth to live by his rules. Not man made rules or ways. His Ways only.
In other words, "KINGDOM RULES APPLY HERE ON EARTH". His wishes and desires for us found throughout the Bible are his deep want for us.
You cannot break a Commandment to follow a faulty man-made rule or law and expect Our Lord to honor that.
The Lord sees everything you do and has full knowledge of what is most important.
You cannot say "well my neighbor does this or that and I know he is a good guy" etc. etc. If you know what you are doing is wrong against God's Will and you keep doing it, You are breaking His Rules, His Laws, His Wishes for you.
What does more than half of the Lord's Prayer talk about?
The final days, revelation times.
